Job scope:

• Management of MLO / NVOCC account – complete responsibility for all assigned MLO/NVOCC account for their requirements on all trade lanes and basic follow up calls.
• Active participation in the end-to-end sales process involving proposal/quotation/BAF notice/Rate Negotiation/Closing spot Ad hoc rates
• Making sure dead freight contracts are running well and in case of any assistance ensure regular calls are done to the concerned client for DF arrangement.
• Ensure and achieve the sales target set for various trade/service corridors. Oversee agency performance.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.

• Work closely with cross functions and relay important information

Requirements:
