Job Scope:

Analyse buyers' data and purchasing behaviour based on customer relationship models. Analyse buyers' feedback, requirements and market sentiments using customer relationship tools for product enhancements. Analyse sales channels using buyers' profiles to guide achievement of sales performance.

Analyse technical requirements or non-standard buyer requests. Apply sales targets to guide achievement of sales performance. Collaborate with sales and finance departments to support payment processes to sellers.

Collate relevant information to be included in sales proposals. Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments and buyer profiles. Conduct negotiation of sale agreements.

Identify trades that create value or are beneficial for buyers. Implement enhanced customer acquisition programmes. Implement relationship management programmes by engaging buyers and obtaining support

Job scope:

• Responsible for processing sales quotation/sales order/PO to vendors for customers
• Responsible for getting sufficient technical information from customers before sending inquiries to vendor
• Responsible for follow up on deliveries with vendor
• Assists to follow up with forwarder on the schedule of incoming (Air/Sea) goods delivery to Singapore warehouse
• Responsible for claiming short shipped/ defect items from Vendor
• Responsible to tally invoice data (price & quantity) in supplier invoice against inhouse purchase order and post into SAP for warehouse stock and/or customer stocks
• Assists to inform operations staff to pick their arrived goods when necessary
• Liaise / follow up with warehouse to ensure delivery of goods to customers
• Manage customers’ claims / goods returned
• Maintain good filing system
• Involve in yearly stock take activities
• Assists in forecasting stock requirement and keeping adequate amount of stock to meet customers’ demand
• Assists to check export L/C if the terms are able to meet bank’s requirement
• Assists to print monthly sales and inventory report
• Able to negotiate with customer and mindful of cost control

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business / Logistics
• Minimum 3 years similar/relevant experience
• Possess knowledge of MS office (Outlook/ Word/ Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP system and L/C requirement would be an advantage
