Responsibilities:

• Provide technical sales administrative support to the engineering team.
• Assist in managing and organizing sales-related documentation and records.
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines.
• Support in preparing engineering reports and quotations and purchase orders.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Handle and prioritize incoming inquiries and requests from internal, external stakeholders such as suppliers and clients.
• Assist in managing and coordinating equipment and software procurement.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Nitec in Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 – 2 years of sales administration experience, preferably from engineering or technical field.
