• Emphasize achieving personal sales goals, cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and addressing individual customer issues effectively.
• Design product and service solutions and their contractual terms tailored to meet the mid- to long-term requirements of customers, incorporating insights from pertinent internal experts.
• Deliver the proposed solution to customer representatives and engages in negotiations to reach agreement within specified commercial parameters.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 5 years of Sales experience in Marine industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in developing strategic sales plans.
