Inside Account Manager - Services and Support Contracts

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

· Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high level of service satisfaction and identification of potential new business opportunities

· Identify sales prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service product offered.

· Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to provide consultative advice to sales prospects to achieve sales objectives

· Manage daily sales-oriented activities such as sales discussion, presentation, order bookings, and other documentation.

· Utilization of SAP CRM for updating the funnel and reporting

· Timely respond to calls/emails.

· Attend team meetings including local sales teams’.

· Minimum 3-5 years sales account management experience

· Must have excellent communication skills for English & Korea ( spoken and written)
