Position Summary:
As the Sales Consultant for iDrive.SG, you will play a key role in expanding our network of vehicle rental partners. We’re seeking a sales hunter with a proven track record, ideally with experience in vehicle rentals, who excels at identifying leads, closing deals, and nurturing long-term client relationships. This role offers a high recurring commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect & Acquire: Identify and engage vehicle rental companies across Singapore to join iDrive.SG, highlighting the value of our platform and services.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with rental companies to ensure high engagement and satisfaction, driving customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Work with the leadership team to refine and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive platform growth.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to better position iDrive.SG as the go-to rental marketplace.
• Reporting & Feedback: Regularly report on sales metrics and provide market feedback to support product development and improve service offerings.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the vehicle rental industry or a related field.
• Sales Hunter Mindset: Proven ability to source and close new business opportunities with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, deliver compelling pitches, and negotiate effectively.
• Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Identify sales opportunities by identifying client's requirement
• Research and develop sales opportunities and plans
• Build and maintain good rapport with existing, potential clients, channel partners and working partners
• Present and prepare proposal/quotation to clients
• Present Monthly Sales Report
• Manage clients’ expectations and our services to achieve sales target
• Keep track of all sales opportunities and work with superior to ensure that the contracts are generated in a timely manner
• Check contracts and invoices to ensure information are accurate before sending to clients
• Achieve monthly sales target subjected to remuneration package
• Ad-hoc tasks allocated by Sales Director
• Preferably with Class 3 license
• Valid sales experience would be an advantage

Job scope:

• Creating commercial & technical proposals
• Preparing & compiling bidding & quotation submissions to meet customers’ requirements
• Implementing project-related cost control activities by project specifications and procedures
• Meeting quotation & bidding deadline & reviewing customer contract, purchase orders agreement
• Understanding Power Electronics knowledge, electrical drawings and design
• knowledge of uninterruptible power supplies
• Diploma/Degree in any engineering related course

Sales Coordinator (Parts Coordinator)

Job description:

1) Prepare and follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, contracts, invoicing and shipment to customers.

2) Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
