• Manage language localization (Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, Simplified and Traditional Mandarin) across creative and content assets 

You:

• BA / BS degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in brand marketing and brand management (B2B experience preferred)
• Experience with brand marketing and client management on global and regional brands with hands-on experience leading and executing campaigns.
• Ability to influence change and negotiate cross-functionally and with external parties.
• Strong program management capabilities, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and partnership capacity.
• Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and techy work environment.
• High energy, highly organized and go-getter attitude coupled with a flexible mindset, teamwork and dedication to the project's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage the Sales Development Team:
  • Oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to drive their professional growth and success.
• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
  • Design and execute effective sales development strategies to generate qualified leads and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless lead-to-sales conversion process.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing and product teams.
  • Communicate sales development initiatives, progress, and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Sales Process Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and leverage sales tools (e.g., CRM systems like Salesforce, sales engagement platforms like Outreach or SalesLoft) to optimize team performance.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
• Market and Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position our solutions to potential customers.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, developing sales strategies, and mentoring the sales team to effectively sell our frozen seafood products to supermarkets, distributors, and restaurants.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set sales goals and budgets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Negotiate major contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions for the sales team.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and budget adherence.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and strategies to senior management.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
• Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve issues as needed.

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the seafood or food distribution industry.

• Knowledge of frozen seafood products, industry trends, and distribution channels.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
