Job Description

Objectives:

The Sales Coordinator will be part of a business that is a market leader in the bearings industry. Reporting to the International Sales Department, you will be responsible for e-invoicing and all other activities to support sales generation within the respective Sales Business Unit.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the sales function by managing a portfolio of existing and potential customers, processing and completing orders and delivery arrangements; and/or service recovery matters when necessary.
• Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
• Monitor, and upload tax invoices/credit/delivery notes and track the completeness of the tax invoices via the ERP system to the respective customers’ e-invoicing portals.
• Perform customer verification and set up new accounts.

Sales Executive

We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in the B2B Wholesale Trading industry, specifically in dealing with customers in the Greater China region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key customers and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in regional markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, and identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer expectations.

The Role

This role supports daily office and technology operations in Singapore and is crucial for the functionality and efficiency of our business.  The IT & Office Management Lead will ensure operational continuity, drive productivity, safeguard the company’s assets and information, facilitate resource optimisation and maintain a great employee experience for our Oll-Stars. With these different responsibilities, you would need to possess not only excellent technical but also outstanding people and organisational skills. 

The nature of this role requires you are physically available in the office on a daily basis.  While routine maintenance and scheduled support activities will take place during regular office hours, you may also be required to render emergency support and site assistance in extraordinary circumstances outside normal business hours. 

Job Responsibilities

For both IT support and workplace management, you will oversee:

• Maintenance and Updates: Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure IT and Office systems run smoothly and continue to meet the needs of the organization without interruption. Regularly monitor IT and Office technology systems to ensure they operate securely and efficiently. This also involves checking for potential issues before they become actual problems that impact users.

• Security: Implement and maintain basic security measures, oversee office access and keys, antivirus software updates, and educate users on potential security risks and the necessary protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance. 

• Documentation: Responsible for managing local assets within the Asset register. Keep detailed records of user queries, issues, and relevant resolutions for future reference, and to aid in the resolution of future problems. 

• User feedback: Collect formal and informal user feedback on a regular basis to monitor satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement.

Specific to each domain, you will drive operational excellence in the following areas:

IT Technical Support

• Technical Support and User Assistance: Provide first-line response to users requiring assistance with IT issues and queries, particularly those involving hardware and in-office technology. Offer timely advice and support on systems and applications, providing necessary training to users to enhance their understanding and efficient use of IT resources.  This involves troubleshooting problems and resolving them either in person, via phone, or virtual tools and working closely with the regional IT support team:

  • Responsible for managing VC solutions

  • Responsible for managing Meraki switches and routers in the office

  • Troubleshoot general Mac OSX and Windows OS Issues, Update, Upgrade and
    Support

  • Troubleshoot Printer, Scanner and other peripheral issues

  • Responsible for managing IT Networks onsite including but not limited to, troubleshooting Firewalls, Switches, Access Points and WAN

  • Responsible for managing org wide G-Suite Administration (GWS)

  • Responsible for administering regional JAMF and Intune system management tools

• Problem Diagnosis: Analyze problems with hardware, software, and applications to identify root causes of issues. This includes asking precise questions to pinpoint the exact issue and employing diagnostic tools to assist in troubleshooting. 

• Issue Resolution: In close coordination with the regional IT team, address user tickets regarding technical problems, managing each issue through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to the user's operations.  

• Project Assistance: Assist in IT projects, including the rollout of new software, migration of data, hardware upgrades, integration between systems, often coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth execution.

• Vendor management: Work with vendors on need basis for triaging issues not limited to hardware and internet service providers

Workplace Management

• Site operations: Oversee all facilities management services for our cool 4,000sqft office, such  as cleaning, plants, pest control, fire safety, HVAC, electrical, waste and other repair & maintenance, stationery and pantry supply, locker management, meeting rooms, utilities, support during emergency, key control management. 

• Daily office inspections: Perform daily routine office inspections and take proactive measures to address issues to ensure the workspace and meeting facilities meet our standards and set our Oll-Stars up for success.

• Vendor management: Ensure facilities vendors are well managed, delivering services on-time and within budget.

• Regulations and Compliance: Ensure the provision of a safe and secure working environment, and compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.

• Event management: In collaboration with HR, organize Oll-Star events, either in the office or offsite. 

• Onboarding new employees: Provide hardware and system configuration for new employees, with the aim of enabling new joiners’ productivity as soon as possible. Ensure new employees are fully briefed on workspace policies, resources and in-office technology. 

• Hospitality: Welcome visitors to the office, support their set up, manage security aspects 

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction through the regular review of our Workplace Policy and Operating Procedures and daily operational reviews.  

The Senior Director of Sales, Issuing Solutions for AP will be accountable for driving top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of Issuer-centric Products across the region to support Visa’s aggressive growth targets for Value-Added-Services (“VAS”).  This role to be based in Singapore will involve a quota-based SIP (Sales Incentive Plan), and reports to the SVP, Regional VAS for AP.

This leader will drive maximum value within our existing installed customer base with primary responsibilities to drive revenue, retention and renewals, and the day-to-day relationships with our most strategic clients.  Through operational excellence, this leader will ensure optimal customer engagement post sales.

The role works closely with Global VAS Leadership, regional Issuing Solution leaders, and country Sales leaders to craft sales strategies for each market and key account, set and manage to a sales outlook, and closely manage a pipeline of regional deals.  Success will require close partnership with regional functions (including, but not limited to Issuing Solutions, Product Management, Group Country Management, Finance, Risk, Business Planning) to ensure regional sales and business goals are met.

Importantly, the Sales focus for this role will be on an Issuer-centric client segment vs. a specific Product domain.  As such, the leader will be accountable for managing Sales of multiple Product domains that address the needs of Visa’s Issuer clients.  This will include select Risk and Acceptance Solutions in addition to Issuing Solutions; and the selected leader will manage a team of sellers with fluency across each.

This leader will actively build a Sales program and strategy that aligns to Visa’s proven Sales Methodology.  Central to this methodology is identifying how customers define success and then link Visa Products and Services to specific customer needs so they achieve their defined goals.  Sales programs must consider direct-to-client Sales and resale/referral channels that include Visa’s many relationships with Payment Technology Partners.  This role is also accountable for documenting Customer Success Plans to accelerate revenue activation and scale clients’ business.

The selected leader must have organizational savvy and interpersonal skills to build fast rapport and credibility.  S/he will have a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines; and will be equally comfortable interacting with “C-suite” executives and junior team members.  Finally, this leader will be accountable to grow and nurture a new and diverse team. 

Responsibilities:

Exceed aggressive sales targets for Visa Issuing Solutions AP Sales

• Work cross functionally to develop and deliver annual and 3-year revenue and profitability plans
• Support build of and adherence to regional ‘go to market’ plans
• Achieve objectives and outlook by leading sales alignment with global and regional Issuing product and solutioning teams and other Visa functions
• Proactively help AEs to identify opportunities to leverage existing Issuing products and solutions
• Achieve quarterly bookings and revenue goals for Visa Issuing Solutions services
• Drive teams to create a high value pipeline for new business and upsells
• Lead teams through the sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Enable sales acceleration and prioritization of activities with high potential client targets, use cases, industry segments, etc.
• Lead regular pipeline review and problem-solving sessions with salespeople and help problem solve when client plans are stalled
