• Responsible for independent development and maintenance of strong partnerships in the market and identify new avenues for partnerships to grow the business.
• Responsible for the establishment of customer tracking files, development, contact potential customers, provide targeted and customized leasing solutions, negotiations, signing of letter of intent to lease, and leasing contracts.
• Responsible for the collection of deposits, timely reminder of contract receivables, and working closely with the operations team to guide customers to settle in, and provide the operations team with customer information, details, and files.
• Work closely with the operations and marketing team on marketing activities, and to improve customer satisfaction and gain market interest.
• Work closely with management and relevant departments in establishing competitive renewal rates.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to respond to English and Mandarin speaking customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible)
