Job Description

The Job

• Successful candidates will be responsible for the support of sales managers in fulfilment of sales generation and account management in the region assigned. As a Regional Sales support role, your role is to execute the group's sales strategies as a important team member.
• You will also establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers, as well as source or with help of pre sales, in providing solutions or product information to strengthen customer allegiance.
• Managing sales processes and projects overseas as one of the main contact for the assigned countries.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent in experience.
• Sales experience IT solutions desired, experience in selling enterprise applications highly preferred.
• Able to travel for work when required
• Proactive and driven, capable of working independently and establishing a relationship with the distributor’s decision-makers and senior executives in different countries assigned.
• Outspoken, mature, resourceful and aggressive with a strong commitment to delivering excellent results.
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to establish and maintain excellent relationships with potential and existing Mandarin-speaking customers)
• Required Skill(s): Sales or support role
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description:

• Coordination with internal and external parties (customers, vendors, and freight forwarding companies)
• Arrangement of daily shipment.
• Preparation of full set of shipping documents for export and import
• Management of Customer and supplier for order follow up, delivery etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain management / material management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good self-discipline, positive working attitude, good team player
• Able to multi-task
• Proficiency in Computer literacy
• A team player who is self-disciplined, good leadership qualities, resourceful and problem solver
• Willing to work in Jurong Island
