Our global client is a leading provider of innovative AI solutions for the banking industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the banking industry, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our banking solutions to financial institutions and SMEs in Singapore.
- Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with decision-makers and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our solutions and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the AI banking solutions sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the banking sector.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling AI or technology solutions to financial institutions.
- Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with the Singapore banking market.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
