•Preferably Degree in engineering field. Candidates with a business related degree would also be considered

•Interest and aptitude to master highly technical products.

•Interest in working in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others
• Provide administrative support on sales related tasks, including system maintenance
• Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary)
• Work with Procurement Team to obtain the best price and terms to close sales
• Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance and issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Arrangement of delivery including DDP/Sample to customer.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Source & handle local orders and also orders that we do not have local office
• Provide artwork brief from sales to design team, follow up on artwork status
• Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in Administrative Sales Support background
• Team Player and Detail Oriented
• Able to liaise with counterparts from China
• Able to prioritize and organize task
• Well versed in Microsoft Office

• Supports Commercial teams on Quote Creation & Samples Requests within Salesforce.com
• Validate new Customer signup requests from Sales/Customer Service teams to aligned with local Trade/Regulatory Compliance
• Coordinate timely submissions of Tenders and the relevant documents on behalf of Sales/Commercial teams
• Handle “Demo” inventory and coordinate timely delivery of “Demo” assets
• Support Purchase Requisitions from 3rd Party Vendors/Suppliers
• Respond timely to Sales/Commercial enquiries sent to the Sales Support Team mailbox
• Handle new dealer's onboarding and agreements

Requirements

• Min N / O / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• Min 2 to 3 years of order processing / sales support exp
