We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

Identify potential clients and maret segments to target. Generate and qualify leads through research, networking and outreach efforts.

Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations with our in-house showroom.

Travel Requirements: The job requires travelling island-wide, so you must be willing to commute to different location.

2. Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their enquiries and concerns.

Ensure client satisfaction and provide exceptional after-sales support.

3. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and IT support engineers, to drive sales initiatives and improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Salary : base pay with additional earnings through commission.

Job Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Engagement

• Manage and produce internal and external press releases, speeches and interview talking points
• Manage media events, facilitate and host online and offline interviews/shows
• Establish and project manage media strategy that aligns content across all media assets such as Online Media, Magazine and Podcast

Events Marketing Communications

• Align media communications initiatives with marketing strategies and campaigns/activities
• Establish and oversee execution of event marketing communications activities

Corporate Communications

• Create, enhance and maintain a strong and positive overall corporate image for the organisation
• Responsible for regularly updating corporate information in all marketing assets, which includes ppt deck, boiler plate, factsheet, corporate/programme videos, and profile write ups on all print and digital platforms (website, social channels, partner sites etc)
• Responsible for the planning, development and production of corporate collaterals/gifts, communications collaterals/materials etc

Qualifications

• Experience in press release writing, media relations, and public relations
• Experience managing a small team
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute media plans
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
• Experience in the technology industry and familiarity with relevant media outlets is a plus

• Generate new leads for the sales team by calling manufacturing contacts to introduce products and services.

Requirements:

• GCE “O” Level and above
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
