Jobs Description:

-To support outdoor sales in quotations and enquiries

-To ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders

-Ensure all related paperwork such as quotations, purchase orders to Suppliers, deliveries are done properly

-To provide after sales customer support if needed

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

-Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

-High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, responsible, able to handle stress; including the ability to work independently and challenging environment

-Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills

-Proficient with computer, especially Microsoft office applications namely, Outlook, Excel and Word

Job Responsibilities:

Correspondence and Communication:

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and prioritize messages appropriately.
• Draft and prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Assist with the preparation of Sales Proposal and presentation.

Calendar Management and Administrative Support including:

• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff members attending conferences, workshops, or other events.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

• Arrange and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other events, including venue bookings, catering, and logistics.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.

Confidentiality and Data Management:

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems, both electronically and in hard copy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related fields are a plus.
• Proven 1-2 years experience as a personal assistant, business development, public relation or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail. Proficient in English.
• Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, andpresentation applications.
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Willing to travel on short notice. Involves traveling 30% of your time.

Key Responsibilities:

- To support product merchandising and stock replenishment at various locations.

- set up(early morning) and set down (at night) for counter/atrium activities at some period.
- arrange working schedule for promoter.

- Submit picking list to warehouse.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Physically fit to support product merchandising and stock replenishment at the stores.

- Able to start work Immediately / short notice.
