Key Responsibilities

• Build relationship with the pet retailers, defend shelf space to increase product offerings and shelf presence.
• Continually engage pet retailers to keep abreast with customers’ needs, strengthen the business partnership and generate repeat sales orders.
• Provide product training to staff in the stores.
• Process customers’ purchase orders and liaise with Logistics/Warehouse to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
• Work closely with Accounts to ensure timely collection of sales proceeds from customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing-on-marketing efforts and promotions and execute them with the retailers.
• Participate in roadshows and promotional events to create company/product awareness and generate sales.

As a Delegate Sales Representative you will be responsible for converting incoming enquiries generated by online and offline marketing activities as well as outbound “hunting” for Fortune 500 companies into confirmed business.

Compensation
