We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive to join our Marketing and Promotions team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our market presence, anticipating and responding to customer needs, and driving the development of innovative solutions that engage and resonate with our target audiences. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in marketing, a deep appreciation for branding, and the ability to thrive in a vibrant, diverse team environment.
Objectives of the role:
· Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful alignment and delivery of shared objectives across all marketing and promotional initiatives
· Drive the implementation of integrated marketing, promotion, and communication strategies for a diverse portfolio of trade fairs, aimed at achieving specific targets and business outcomes
· Leverage a multi-channel approach by utilising both traditional and digital platforms to effectively reach target audiences, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement
Main tasks & responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with project teams, creative teams, content providers, and industry partners to develop integrated marketing and promotion strategies that drive audience reach, brand visibility, and engagement
· Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from concept development to post-campaign analysis. This includes audience segmentation, performance tracking, results reporting, and leveraging insights to refine future strategies
· Focus on audience acquisition and retention strategies, with a strong emphasis on growing the customer database, enhancing engagement, and optimising the customer journey
Required skills:
· Demonstrated success in a marketing role, ideally within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) or B2B sectors, with a particular advantage for experience in the healthcare industry. Proven hands-on expertise in developing, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns that align with strategic business objectives
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
· Proven decision-making ability, balancing creativity with data-driven insights to drive impactful marketing outcomes
· Expertise in leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels, including content marketing, social media platforms, email marketing, and print media, to build audience engagement and brand awareness
· A strong understanding of customer segmentation, database growth, and audience acquisition strategies
· A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar marketing role, with a proven track record of successful project management and campaign execution
