Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or relationship management, with a focus on business development and credit analysis.
• Proven track record in originating and managing SME loan portfolios, achieving sales targets, and effectively mitigating credit risks.
• Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, assess credit risk, and conduct cash flow modeling.
• Familiarity with credit underwriting standards, loan structuring, and risk mitigation strategies in SME lending.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and concisely, both in verbal and written formats.
