• Monitoring and managing data generated from CRM/marketing activities, including sign-ups, retention rates, online and offline sales data, email campaign performance, and offline events.
• Providing consolidated monthly reports on CRM and marketing success.
• Collaborating with other teams to enhance customer care, addressing customer feedback and concerns on online and social platforms promptly.
• Planning and executing marketing and loyalty campaigns.
• Providing general support for physical events and other marketing-related tasks.

Additional Information:

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Data Science, or in a related field
• Tech-savvy, interested in data, willing to learn.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Google platforms and other marketing technologies
• Hands-on experience in implementing marketing technologies and campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment, will be preferred

Job Description (JD)

-Dealing with vendor on website maintenance, products catalogue details information sharing

-handle E-commerce portfolio, liaising with different platform ( lazada, shopee, Amazon etc ) for listing up the products

-source and deal with Expo / Convention Hall / Events company to run roadshow to promote the products

-hands-on to run roadshow on the ground

-manage the sales details from various platforms.

- Conducts market research and analyzes content performance to optimize strategies.

- Collaborates with cross-functional teams ( especially content team ) to integrate content into marketing campaigns effectively.

Specific Requirements

Years of Experience: 5-6 years in marketing or content creation.

Degree Major: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Diploma with relevant working experience can be considered.
