The Responsibilities:

• Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of IT department in the client organization
• Analyse workload of each project and task
• Adjust master schedule of each project
• Gather Business Requirement from business users and draft relevant documents (e.g. Business Requirement Definition doc, workflows) and corporate with business user to complete the documents
• Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for IT department, the template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc.) and the project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
