Responsibilities
· Cross functional projects and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
· Organisation wide cross functional training and development
· Managing and reviewing of functional area budgets
· Oversee content creation and management for brand marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
· Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
· Drive the public relations and media engagement strategy to support the organisation’s strategic brand-building efforts
· Manage campaign performance and ROI results
· Managing of conferences and analysing Public Relations coverage to maintain frequency and depth of coverage
· Collaborate with external vendors to ensure events and communications are rolled out in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism and quality execution
· Define and implement tools and procedures to measure effectiveness of communication efforts and events to identify ways to improve results as and where needed
· Enhance the organisation’s brand presence and awareness through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives
Requirements
· Tertiary education with a minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in Marketing, Communications and Public Relations
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content marketing
· Working knowledge of the digital landscape, including SEM/SEO, social media, mobile marketing, traffic generation and digital ecosystems
· Ability to communicate conceptually and tactically, including strategy, planning, data insights and execution details.
· Strong leadership skills with track record of building and managing high performing teams.
· Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage, collaborate, leverage and thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
