Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join Client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solutions sales, with expertise in network security, storage, and enterprise networking. This role will focus on new business acquisition across key sectors, including Government, Transportation, B2B/B2C, and Cloud Data Centers. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals—while building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the complete sales process, from identifying new leads to closing deals, with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Identify and target potential clients in industries such as Government, Transportation, B2B/B2C, and Cloud Data Centers.
New Business Development:
- Actively generate new business through a variety of methods, including cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and leveraging your network to explore new accounts.
- Develop tailored enterprise solutions to meet the needs of target sectors and foster long-term client relationships.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to position the company as a trusted partner.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support to drive customer satisfaction.
Strategic Collaboration & Partner Management:
- Work closely with IT business partners to maintain strong relationships and develop joint strategies to drive sales growth.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to develop customized solutions and effectively position products in the marketplace.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by following up on leads and converting inquiries into business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and expand the customer base.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Degree or diploma in Business, IT, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Proven sales experience in IT solutions, with a strong background in network security, storage, and enterprise networking.
