Your work is instrumental in identifying opportunities to develop the Creator Community in the region and will result in more Creators considering video-sharing as a platform for growing their audience and expressing their creativity. 

You’re someone with an experimentation mindset and will be leading growth marketing initiatives to accelerate creator growth and retention in key markets. Working closely with product marketing managers, data scientists, strategists and experts, you will be evolving our approaches and providing growth hacks and solutions to transform the business.

Role:

• Develop acquisition and retention strategies to drive product adoption and growth via our own and operated platforms (e.g. in-app notifications, email)
