• Streamline sales procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This involves reviewing current sales procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that will optimize sales operations.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive BD trainings to enhance the team's understanding of our products and services. You will create training materials and programs that are engaging, informative, and tailored to various learning styles.
• Take part in or spearhead strategic projects with our headquarter and regional teams. This includes crafting innovative partnership models with various payment service providers, enabling online payment capabilities in new markets, and collaborating with both internal and external teams to foster new business opportunities and enhance post-acquisition synergy.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of payment processing, payment gateway interfaces, and financial systems. You should be very familiar with the commercial and technical aspects of payment processing and have a good understanding of the payment systems involved.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex projects to success. You should be able to demonstrate a history of successfully completed projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, and build strong relationships.
• Ability to train and develop others. You should have experience in training and developing team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

As a Sales Coordinator we rely on you to:

Responsibilities:

• Produces required reports for the management of goal setting, incentive plans, budget and audits to facilitate and support the sales teams in order for them to achieve their established goals.
• Responsible for the production of all reports ensuring that, where possible, these are fully automated or require minimal manual intervention.
• Assist with the preparation of all training for the department.
• Assist with the collection and reporting of market and competitive data as necessary.
• Assist with the implementation of standard operating procedures and associated training to improve automation and process efficiencies.
• Works closely with the Shangri-La Singapore sales teams in order to assist with the achievement of overall sales targets for the hotels.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
