Position:Customer Sales Admin Support (Contract – 6 months )

Venue: Woodlands

Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8am to 530pm

Job Description:

• Provide day to day management of customers’ accounts to ensure that a professional and interactive relationship is developed and maintained.
• Ensure proactive steps are taken to optimize sales plans, maintain target inventory and meet other metric goals.
• Proactively monitor and analyze sales forecast to identify gaps between supply and demand.
• Maintain Contract pricing and direct quotes where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with internal partners for operational efficiency.
• Be the focal point for customer related issues /escalations.
• Identify and strive for continuous improvement including the establishment of global best practices for customer support.
• Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to support sales efforts.

• Preferably experience in Customer Service Operations.
• Familiar with Excel and SAP or RMA system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to change in a highly dynamic/challenging work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition or retention
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and traditional advertising
• Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and online advertising campaigns (PPC)
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and analytics to identify opportunities for content creation, engagement, and community building
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Analyze marketing data, metrics, and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies and tactics to attract and convert prospects into customers or clients
• Manage marketing automation platforms, email marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing processes to drive conversions and customer retention

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions
