Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Business Development Manager Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive sales to key accounts through existing relationships and new leads.

· Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.

· Collaborate with the team to penetrate key markets & accounts.

· Collaboration with internal stakeholders (pre-sales to post-sales teams) to support its sales cycle and ensure the most effective solution to meet and exceed customer expectations.

· Responsible for attaining sales quota and directing activities of all sales and marketing support efforts.

· The ability to construct value propositions, business cases, sell, and close complex deals.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

· Minimum of 2 years working experience in IT Security Sales and Marketing.

· Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.

· Domain coverage across industries and greenfield opportunities.

· Product knowledge in IT Security solutions would be great.

· Excellent spoken and written English.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.

· Exceptional professional communication skills and positive working attitude.

• Manage report schedules and download from multiple data source systems, to ensure prompt data delivery.
• Clean and transform data into predefined templates.
• To validate and ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Harmonize, organize and prepare data as per analysis requirements.

Must-have Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Strong grasp of data organizing, data cleansing, and dataset bridging among tables.
• Familiarity with various data modeling techniques, encompassing management of table relationships across different systems.

Good-to-have Requirements:

• Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively.
• Experience with MarTech tools (e.g., Adobe, GA4, Google Ads, SFDC, etc.) is a plus.
• Foundational knowledge of common marketing campaign metrics and definitions is a plus.
• Support the data analytics requirements for the business
• Maintain data and reporting requirements
• Perform data-mining searches from the data warehouse
• Maintain data integrity standards and appropriate business / commercial rules
• Generate ad hoc reports for the team as requested
