We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing and SEO Executive to join our team locally. If you are passionate about digital marketing, SEO, operations management, and project management, this is an excellent opportunity. The candidate must be proficient in English and knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa will be considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and interest in digital marketing, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Ads Campaign Management - Oversee and manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
2. SEO - Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify and target high-value search phrases, implement effective link-building strategies and monitor and report on key metrics such as page ranking and site optimization effectiveness.
3. Growth Hacking Strategies.
4. Reporting and Analysis - Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
5. Operations Management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with content and brand messaging.
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of AI platforms and ability to use technology.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing/SEO.
· Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs), and graphic design tools like Canva.
· Experienced with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
· Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
· Proficiency in both Chinese and Bahasa (written and spoken) will be a strong plus.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
