Job Description
· Involve in the Institute’s promotional activities
· Develop and execute Sales & Customer Management strategies
· Strategise, formalise and execute of the admission processes and ramping up the system to gear up with the projected growth by undertaking marketing programmes
· Assist in development of global communications plan that builds public awareness, understanding and support
· Develop and implement systems for managing the marketing and admissions process
· Deliver sales targets and setting up of sales and tele-sales teams to drive the sales target requirements
· Leads Management: generate leads through marketing activities and evaluate their effectiveness regularly; allocation of leads and managing cross-leads to ensure higher closing rate
· Focus on relationship management and trust building with existing & potential clients of the institute (parents)
· Lead and train a team of Admission Executives
· Corporate tie-up for admissions
· Organise ‘Road Shows’ for the Institute at various international locations and create brand awareness about the education system & the organisation to the prospective customers of various nationalities leading to successful enrolments
· Organisation of ‘Open Houses’ to showcase the institute’s system
· Plan, manage and control all Sales & Marketing activities, such as Newspaper, TV, commercials, Newsletters, e-marketing and all Public Relation activities.
· Increase student enrolments
Minimum Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
