Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Agent Management

• Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to boost lead generation, conversion rates, and overall team performance, with a hands-on approach to managing and motivating real estate agents.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales to establish clear sales targets for agents, using data-driven insights to tailor marketing support for individual agent needs and objectives.

Agent Recruitment & Development

• Lead the development of recruitment materials and communication strategies that emphasize Hippo Prop’s unique support and growth opportunities for agents, attracting high-caliber talent.
• Play a key role in agent onboarding, providing new agents with a solid foundation in Hippo Prop’s tools, brand, and processes to ensure they are set up for sales success.

Marketing and Online Advertising

• Collaborate with marketing team for online advertising, social media, and content marketing initiatives to support agent recruitment, property listings, and client outreach, aiming to expand Hippo Prop's market presence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales leadership role with a focus on managing and supporting real estate agents, or a comparable sales-driven team.
• Proven track record of creating and executing sales strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth, with a strong understanding of marketing’s role in supporting sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team toward high performance.
• Experience in agent recruitment and onboarding is preferred, though not required.
