Responsibilities:
1. Participate in developing the company's ERP sales strategy, creating specific sales plans, and making sales forecasts.
2. Organize and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
3. Control the balanced development of the sales budget, expenses, scope, and goals.
4. Recruit, train, motivate, and assess subordinate employees, assisting them in meeting their targets.
5. Gather market information and provide timely feedback to superiors and relevant departments.
6. Contribute to the formulation and improvement of sales policies, norms, and systems to adapt to market changes.
7. Develop and collaborate with enterprises and partners, including distributors and agents.
8. Assist superiors in handling market crisis public relations.
9. Address customer complaints and handle customer visits.
10. Assist in developing and supervising the implementation of corporate product and brand promotion plans.
Qualifications:
1. Over 6 years of sales management experience, including at least 3 years in ERP/IT solution sales.
2. Strong communication skills and proficiency in office software.
3. High stress resistance, strong market development and sales capabilities, experience in large-scale project sales, effective communication with senior management, extensive experience in team building and training, and a proven sales track record.
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
