Job Requirement

• Provide administrative support to the Country Leader/Manager/Sales Team
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's databases.
• Organize team building activities
• Sort incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution.
• Prepare and manage correspondences and collation of reports/documents to meet business timeline, as required
• Sponsorship Support
• Prepare the necessary agreement/contract and to be signed in accordance to Finance
• Approval Matrix after IRF is approved. Coordinate all logistics for events, conferences, and tradeshows when necessary (Assist in planning, coordination, and set-up of tradeshows and other company events)
• Assist team to complete company profile part (provide necessary supporting documents)
• Assist team to compile the tender supporting documents as needed
• Prepare meeting agendas and ensure timely distribution of supporting material to members
• Make business travel, meeting, and other arrangements with smooth execution of travel arrangements and logistics
• Coordinate departmental meetings, including meeting room bookings, ensuring teleconference and videoconference equipment are ready for use prior to meeting and meeting minutes if necessary.
• Coordinate the organization and hosting of both local and overseas regional meetings, corporate events, as and when called upon
• Assist in back-office administration and processing of contracts, invoices, and other documents Coordinate, schedule and organize activities, such as meetings, travel, department activities, and communication between all departments and offices as needed
• Other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as required.
• Request for brochures and demos from the SAP system as required.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience in a relevant role may be considered.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within a corporate or sales environment.
• Previous experience in organizing events, meetings, or conferences is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and work independently to meet deadlines.
• Skilled in planning and coordinating logistics for internal and external events, such as conferences, tradeshows, team-building activities, and meetings.
• Experience with travel arrangements, accommodations, and event-specific logistics for team members and guests.
• Ability to handle unplanned requests efficiently and pivot between tasks with minimal supervision.
• MUST have experience in SAP system

• Sales of the Company’s waterproofing solutions in the building & construction industry
• Plan and implement sales strategies
• Conduct market research and industry trends for sales pipeline
• Draft and provide accurate quotations and follow-ups with potential clients for sales of services
• To determine method of waterproofing for different types of water seepages
• Able to conduct Product Presentations to customers and professional advice to client when required
• Perform thorough visual on-site inspections for diagnostic of waterproofing issues.
• Conduct analyses to determine pricing and terms of related products and services within the current market, and customer needs and preferences.
• Initiative to resolve potential conflicts at site.
• Work closely with Operation team for timely delivery
• Ensure all health and safety practices and procedures.
• To all applicable laws and regulations, including building, trade, fire, and construction codes, as well as company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma or Degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
2. At least 4 years work experience in waterproofing related / building construction industry.
3. Possess own transport.
