Job Description:

Order processing

· Handle the processing of all orders (SO, PO, DO) with accuracy and timeliness

· Communicate with both internal and external parties regarding order processing.

· Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information

· International shipment arrangement. (By sea and by air)

· Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

· Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

· Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

· Monitor customer payment status & support sales team on collection.

Warehousing and Stock Take

· Maintain accuracy of physical stock & software

· Assist warehouse personnel in handling warehousing operation

Reporting

· Generate sales, purchase, and stock related reports upon request

Others

· Any others ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

· At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field (SCM) is required for this position.
