About the Role

- Liaise with overseas affiliates and equity sales desk on coordinating client investor relations (IR) visits such as, group meetings, teleconferences, seminars, one-on-one meetings

- Arrange and coordinate schedules and travel logistics for IR roadshows and conferences

- Accompany client senior management and IR officers to meetings with investors and perform interpreting or take notes during meeting when necessary.

- Market departmental services, capabilities, and events to companies for the purpose of IR

- Create, edit and translate various materials, including marketing presentations, profiles, etc. as required

- Perform research on companies, company financials, investors and market information

- Conduct event planning, contact investors, maintain contact information and gather feedback

Candidate with prior working experience in corporate access function in a securities broker house will be preferred. High proficiency in IT skills is a prerequisite. The candidate should be bilingual in English language and Japanese language.
