• Conceptualise and send out monthly Inside CNBC eDMs to affiliates
• Liaise with graphic designer to brief artwork requests for marketing assets

The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Regional Marketing team to support the proper execution of film releases in markets across the region. You will facilitate and provide administrative and operational support on theatrical marketing of Universal Pictures films releases in South Asia region. 

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Liaise with Home Office and licensee partners on film & franchise related matters
• Assist with servicing marketing assets and materials to partners, local offices, and vendors.
• Assist with facilitating execution of publicity and promotions activities
• Consolidate campaign marketing reports during and after release
• Support region’s merchandise needs including gathering and submission of orders, facilitating creative approvals, and managing delivery

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

1. Theatrical Brand Marketing/Park/Symphony

• Support the Parks initiatives in APAC
• Help with the Approval process of various initiatives at the parks – marketing, entertainment, social/digital campaigns
• Support in preparing movie slate presentations for TVD and Theatrical partners in the region
• Work closely with theatrical, Parks, CP, TVD group to plan and execute key symphony initiatives

2. Franchise Strategy

• Assist Regional/local franchise leads on planning and execution of local initiatives, including approval process
• Build Regional social/content calendar working with the global team
• Assist in live events/digital amplification/gaming ideas needs for the region

• Meet and exceed sales targets and ensure that all transactions adhere to P&L objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote the company' services and align them with customer objectives.
• Pursue new accounts and business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Expand a customer base through effective relationship-building and communication with all partners.
• Monitor industry competition, market conditions, and product development to stay informed and identify potential opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• At least 5 years in ocean freight and handling dangerous goods (DG) in the freight forwarding industry.
• Strong knowledge in ISO Tank/Flexitank and Dangerous Goods.

If you are someone with:

• MBA degree from a top-tier academic institution with 8-10 years of relevant business experience with consulting firms/leading Financial Services Firms
• Experience, managing large and complex engagements with team of consultants from wide-ranging disciplines, managing project financials, and working with client’s senior executives to ensure successful project delivery;
• Contributing member in projects or engagements on topics in digital, ecosystem partnerships and business model transformation will be an added advantage
• Background or experience (through coursework or employment) in business management, quantitative analysis and financial analysis;
• An in-depth knowledge of at least three of the following: business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques;
