Job Description

• Responsible for the Trade Product Programs and corporate online banking products development, to ensure that these are maintained and updated in a timely manner and local regulatory and legal requirements, working directly with key stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations).
• Responsible for implementing the P&P for each new product launching and update the existing P&P in a timely manner.
• Develop product commercialization strategy and coordinate product launch for Channel products globally which include but not limited to product program, regulatory clearance, internal/external communications & marketing collateral.
• Obtain insights of customer’s behaviours, identify pain points for improvements and potential cross sell opportunities to smoothen the process and procedures for each product launching.
• Working closely with Front office, IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations to define product requirements and enhance the customer service to corporate clients.
• P&L and product usage volume responsibility to assist RMs finding profit increasing points from the product perspective.
• Ongoing responsibility for management controls for Trade and online banking products to ensure adherence with product programs and Group product standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant Trade Products or online banking product developing experience.
• Able to draft product program, sop and business requirement.
• Degree qualified.
• Proficient in excel and power point.

• Conduct all activities related to sales planning and reporting, including but not limited to building pipelines, conducting gap analyses, forecasting and revising forecasts as needed for the company and its clients.
• Prepare market, brand, and category reports to assess sales environments and opportunities.
• Develop projections for existing or new businesses, evaluate new opportunities, and assess potential brand extensions.
• Managing clients involves ensuring full compliance with Licensors’ policies, procedures, and guidelines, while also supporting licensees to meet their obligations and optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or equivalent
• At least 3 years of licensing sales experience or business development experience in FMCG/retail sector.
• Proficient in MS Office.
