• Support and closely communicate with other departments, maintaining accurate records of sales data, and promptly assist customer inquiries.
• Own the customer relationship for designated customers/territories, including price setting within defined limits.
• Prepare commercial quotations in response to new customer enquiries, informing customers of pricing and contractual conditions within agreed guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with agreed procedures and escalate issues for approval when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement in administrative systems.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of systems and processes (e.g., ERP, CRM).

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry or industrial background.
• Technologically savvy with proven experience as an administrator of online ordering platforms/systems, capable of navigating backend settings and troubleshooting order variances.
• Previous experience working in multinational organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain commercial sensitivity.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
• Ability to plan and prioritize daily workload within established guidelines.

Support Project team in the coordination of project activities.

Plan, schedule and manage the project efficiently and to ensure time completion.

To raise Material Requisition Form (MRF) based on costing sheet provided but not limited to save project cost as much as possible without limiting result or quality of Genset delivered
