• Plan and coordinate all aspects of marketing events, including but not limited to trade shows, conferences, seminars, webinars, product launches, and corporate events.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure seamless integration of event initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, negotiating contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to optimize resources and deliver high-quality experiences within budget constraints.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement at events, leveraging various channels including email marketing, social media, advertising, and direct outreach.
• Oversee the production of event collateral, signage, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with messaging and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure speakers, sponsors, and partners for events, fostering strategic relationships to enhance event outcomes and ROI.

Skills and experience required

• Min 2 years of event management experience (physical & virtual) with proven track record in project management and the ability to work in a fast paced environment and within tight deadlines

The services offered by our GST team include GST advisory, Assisted Compliance Assurance Program review, Assisted Self Help Kit review, GST return preparation and review, GST due diligence and GST training. Your key responsibilities

You’ll spend your time assisting clients in their GST compliance by way of preparing GST returns, conducting GST reviews and handling queries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). You’ll also assist in the provision of GST advisory services, including GST due diligence and seeking GST rulings from the IRAS. What we look for:

• Experience and technical knowledge with cleanroom and HVAC system design is a requirement.
• Experience in tender preparation and costings.
• Experience in tender development, GMP guidelines as well as the validation processes from IQ,OQ,PQ
