Responsibilities

· You will be part of a team of Customer Service Executives in delivering product updates and information to our valued customers via making outbound calls. You will be responsible for meeting performance targets set by the Team Leader, whom you will be reporting to.

· Make outbound calls to customers to provide product updates and information by following prescribed script and FAQ

· Achieve individual and team performance KPIs and goals

· Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with customers

· Gather customer feedback and sentiments and escalate to the Team Leader for further actions

· Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company

Highlight any potential concerns/ risks and proactively share best risk management practices

Skills/Requirement

· Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound call centres

· Insurance background will be preferred

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma

· Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills

· A good team player with ability to multitask and meets stringent service standards

· Well organized and systematic in work

· Keen to learn and positive work attitude

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work

· High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork

Associate Director - Sales

Sales is a cross-functional business unit that drives new customer logos/new business opportunities from existing customers across multiple service lines. Currently there are 3 service lines, IT Staffing, General Staffing (GS) and Permanent Recruitment.

Strategically minded, the Associate Director - Sales will establish and build a trusting relationship with potential prospects, develop and close sales opportunities within new accounts (high touch sales). The service lines that this role will sell will be a combination Non-IT Staffing, Permanent Recruitment Solutions & Workforce Solutions such as MSP, RPO etc.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities with "Go to Market Strategies" and Solution Selling + Execution
• More market share and keys accounts; Wallet Share Growth for existing clients; Increase share of wallet within the strategic clients
• Client management and escalation control by addressing client satisfaction issues promptly
• Team management: Managing and supervising the performance of team members and assisting them to achieve their targets and resolve issues; stable team and achievement driven
• Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
• Responsible for exploring and developing new businesses across verticals/geographies
• Interacting with Q-level, CMs, Directors etc. getting immediate opportunities and schedule meetings.
• Provide support to the top management with respect to strategic decision-making and advice on important organizational issues to improve the performance

Qualifications:

• Strong track record of achievement in quota driven role.
• Extensive experience in opening new clients and operations management including driving Client-Sat, compliance, and good governance practices; Should have sales experience in IT industry/BFSI industry predominantly in the Staffing business
• Must be involved in planning and implementing best practices on sales, delivery, marketing, and business initiatives to support corporate objectives
• Familiar with MOM rules and regulations; Understand and able to interpret Singapore employment and labour laws
• High-level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint and Drives
• Able to do the job independently; Should be Self-driven and motivated to achieve success
• Excellent leadership attributes, strong coordination skill with the ability to influence seamlessly
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively influence all levels of people in the organization.
• Ability to think critically and multitask with a sense of future prediction; Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Must play a critical role in creating leadership, strategic client partnerships and profitability improvement

Reporting:

• The role will report to Country Manager, Singapore.

Team management

• The role will lead a small team of Sales professionals.
• The incumbent will be expected to take pro-active approach in scaling up the sales team to 4-5 by Mar-25.
