We are looking for a retail sales technician to assist and support in running the store operations and repairing of mobile devices and retail sales assistant to assist and support daily shop flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their enquiries
• Repairing of customer mobile devices
• Able to follow and provide team support.
• Provide assistance to customers on enquiries of technical faults.
• Able to follow and cooperate with company guidelines and protocol.
• Provide and maintain professional and excellent customer service
• Drive and achieve monthly sales target
• Assist in merchandising and ensure good housekeeping in product display.
• Following up with customers for their pending repair/gadget orders.
