Freight Forwarding Junior Sales" $2,500 to $3,000 (Singaporean/SPR only)

Work Location: Pandan Crescent.

Requirements: No experience can apply.(OJT PROVIDE)

Responsibilities:

・Visit customers and make telephone appointments.

・Prepare quotations and cost management.

・Billing.

・Negotiate rates with carriers and NVOCCs.

・Provide weekly progress updates on performance and activity outcomes.

・Proposals for import/export schemes with bonded duties and tax reduction/exemption.

・Maintain ISO documents related to the department.

・Liaising with Customs, IRAS, etc.

・Support IMP/EXP team duties.

・Other duties related to Freight Forwarding Sales.

• Position : Logistic Operation Executive
• Location :Near Pasir Panjang MRT
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3700+ AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry :Marine Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• General quotations
• Filing and invoicing
• Handle purchasing and delivery
• Store keeping and inventory control
• Sales support services and processing of orders
• Co-ordinate all freight, shipping and transportation
• Manage schedules and provide delivery/shipment updates
• Attending to site installation jobs
• Oversee and manage logistic operations activities of project
• Ad-hic duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum O level
• Computer literate, knowledge of MYOB software is highly preferred
• Class 3 driving license
• Preferably 1 -2 years experience in logistics
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
