The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the entire supply chain process for the Company. This includes material planning for all our projects, including forecasting inventory needs, procurement, inventory management, overseeing logistics and ensuring timely deliveries to our project sites. To be responsible for executing home furnishing categories directives globally. He or she is the liaison for overseas offices and cross-functional, to drive and monitor strategic category initiatives, manage short-long term projects with the ability on data analysis. To research and identify sourcing markets and suppliers to meet Brands’ needs and Company’s requirement. He or she works in conjunction with stakeholders to support business needs. Communication and close collaborations with our global teams is a must. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Global Sourcing Landscape

• Support, facilitate and drive alignment in global vendor landscape
• Partner with overseas teams to establish strategic vendor development for long-term business growth
• Monitoring market trends, industry dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Support global risk mitigation strategies

2. Strategic Category Sourcing

• Research new products and identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, financial stability and capacity to meet quality and delivery requirement
• Understand core vendors’ capabilities to service business needs
• Collaborate with overseas teams to source the right product, right vendor, at the right cost
• Provide cost analysis and comparisons, establish time & action calendar
• Follow up & track on milestones progress through regular updates in a timely manner

3. Supply Chain Optimization

• Establish processes and seek alignment across stakeholders

Job Description:

• Oversee the workshop operations and ensure compliance with industry or manufacturers’ service and repair quality and standards
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower workplace safety and health standards
• Ensure motor vehicle service staff comply with environmental laws and regulations
• Oversee the disposal of wastes such as used engine oil, and soot to ensure adherence to health and safety laws
• Assign and schedule work duties to motor vehicle service staff according to their skills
• Oversee the inspection of motor vehicles to identify faulty components and facilitate the process of repairs
• Assist technicians in the diagnostic of motor vehicle problems, offer solutions and advice
• Supervise the activities of motor vehicle service technicians and mechanics to facilitate efficient job performance and timely repairs
• Oversee the operations of the various diagnostic machines

The Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent
• At least four (4) years in the operating environment preferably from the automotive industry
• Applicants with NITEC in Automotive Technology and 10 years of relevant experience will also be considered

Homage is looking for a Supply Operations Manager, strongly aligned with our mission, to transform the way people get access to personalized home care.

In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment and engagement of our Care Professionals (caregivers, nurses and therapists), as well as drive the Supply department’s strategy and operations. This will involve growing Homage’s CarePro pool in Singapore, working with the Global Head of Supply Operations to drive business metrics, and executing our operations strategy on the ground. You will also serve as the voice and ambassador of our CarePros, working closely with other operational teams to maintain top-notch quality care for our customers.

• Track record in operations, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Past experience leading a team and/or having direct reports
