Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage airfreight operation team

Working hours

• 5 days work week, fix off on Sun and rostering off day on Sat, Tue, Wed or Thu
• Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Job Scope

• To monitor closely assigned customers’ inbound shipments
• Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival
• Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them
• Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager

Salary: Up to S$2400 per month

Working location: Changi Freight

Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week

Job Description:

• Provide support to assigned relevant parties in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and enquiries for air.

• ⁠Arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader agents.

• Follow up with clients and help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes.

• Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, overseas agents and liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement.

• Perform other job duties as per requested.

Job requirement:

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels.

• Proficient in MS office.

• Able to work well in teams.

• Able to work overtime if required.
