・Manage and develop a team of 3 subordinates in export/import PIC (Sales 50% / Office 50%)

・Prepare quotations and cost management.

・Build relationships with partner companies.

・Negotiate rates with carriers and NVOCCs.

・Deliver performance reports and contribute to strategic planning during monthly meetings.

・Provide weekly progress updates on performance, strategies, and activity outcomes.

・Maintain knowledge and oversee the management of licenses such as ZeroGST, MES, RACA, and others related to export/import.

・Maintain ISO documents related to the department.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding sales.

Job Description:

• Develop business with by active cold calling, canvassing and meet up with new prospects
• Actively hunt for Import and Export shipments prospects
• Prepare Quotations and perform rates negotiations with hauliers, shipping lines, overseas agents etc
• Follow up with customer on Quotation status
• Co-ordinate with Customer Service and Operations Team to ensure shipments are in order
• Responsible for individual sales goals, KPIs and account receivables
• Foster and maintain customer relationship

Job Requirement:

• Preferably minimum qualification GCE O/N levels.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of Freight Operations experience within Freight Forwarding and/or NVOCC industry.
• Good knowledge of International Trade and freight forwarding processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Result driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.

· Able to start within short notice would be advantageous.

• Position: Logistic Coordinator (Operations -WMS)
• Location: Benoi
• Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3800+ AWS and OT

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics activities, including but not limited to shipping, receiving, and internal material movements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address any logistical challenges and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to maintain accurate records and track all incoming materials within the system, enabling seamless monitoring and availability for deployment.
• Oversee quality control measures to identify and rectify discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct regular ground material checks to verify the accuracy and condition of incoming shipments, including racks, machine trays, and cables.
• Manage and process orders for hardware racks, machine trays, cables, and related materials, ensuring timely procurement and delivery to meet project timelines.
• Address any issues related to tracking systems promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor lead times and communicate effectively with vendors to prevent delays in hardware delivery.
• Supporting Supervisor and team members:
• Assist the team supervisor by providing necessary data, reports, and insights into material availability, status, and forecasts, aiding in informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with management to optimize logistics processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles within a technical or data center environment.
• Familiarity with data center hardware, equipment, and related components; understanding of inventory management systems is preferred.
• Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
