Reporting to the Supply Strategy Manager, you will structure and drive initiatives to evaluate, develop, execute, and manage existing and new opportunities for the business. You will work closely with fleet owners and insurers to recommend and secure suitable vehicles for GetGo users. Additionally, you will engage owners and operators of parking spaces to bring our service closer to our users. Where required, you will propose and execute initiatives to boost utilisation in specific locations.

This is a high visibility role within the organisation that will require you to work across multiple departments to maximise the performance of the vehicles on the GetGo platform.

Day to Day Activities

• Build and nurture quality relationships with fleet owners, owners and operators of parking spaces, and insurers so as to establish GetGo as the carsharing partner of choice
• Negotiate for and secure mutually beneficial outcomes for prospective partners
• Identify and secure vehicle and locations partners to expand GetGo’s Singapore network
• Structure, propose, and implement initiatives to drive adoption and utilisation of GetGo
• Present weekly business reports to internal stakeholders
• Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities
• Support the evaluation of new business opportunities to widen GetGo’s service offerings
• Pitch and secure opportunities to introduce GetGo to new segments of users

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Actuary, Economics, or a related field
• Valid Class 3 licence with good track records
• Knowledge and interest of the Singapore automotive industry, car park operations, and / or facilities management will be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with and presenting data
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build up strong business cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

PURPOSE:

• Manage day to day supply chain operational activities for Spares
• To source, plan, procure and manage spares to support all products to achieve planned levels of Customer Satisfaction with a minimized total cost.
• To coordinate all spares inventory planning related activities within APO/GCO OpCos (ALC as well as non-ALC OpCos).

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Support stock Diversion from ALC or among Opcos – Support PO and DO creation, work with Buyer and selling opCos and pricing team, etc
• Weekly replenishment planning for items
• Supersession Maintenance and PO revision (Daily)
• Follow up with Supplier on FOB schedule as well as expedite for delivery if necessary, as per hub Opcos request
• Support PO and DO creation for drop ship as well as resolve exception alerts so that AP invoice can be generated
• Handle simple / adhoc enquiry from both hub and non-hub OpCos (Need to liaise with Supplier and OpCos)
• Support on any ad hoc request

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Degree or Diploma preferably in a numerical capacity, like Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 1 to 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management, proven analytical ability preferred
• Experience in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Oracle knowledge – systems experience
• Sound knowledge of Supply Chain processes and procedures
• Experience and demonstrable evidence of negotiating successfully with a wide range of people interfaces.
• Good written & oral communication skills

Senior Supply Chain Executive (SEA and Export Markets), Scent & Care

The primary role of Senior Supply Chain Executive includes support the Regional Supply Chain team to deliver required supply chain results: applicable KPI's (OTD (On time Delivery), Leadtime, Inventory DOH(Days of holding), Transportation budget, Production output, minimizing waste (such as blocked stocks and aging materials), Forecast Accuracy and Profit value).
