The Job

• Review and Process Loan Applications under Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products which involves meticulously reviewing loan applications, verifying information provided by applicants, and assessing their creditworthiness.

  • Perform and record all maintenance work in accordance with relevant manuals and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Planning and Collaboration:
  • Plan maintenance work for upcoming weeks and collaborate with the Planner/Project Executive to ensure tasks are on schedule.
  • Regularly meet with relevant stakeholders to discuss and review maintenance plans and schedules.

Requirements:

• Licensing and Certification:
  • Valid CAAS B1.2 license.
  • Recent certification experience as an Aircraft Engineer.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with specific experience in GENERAL AVIATION piston/turboprop airframes.
• Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in documenting maintenance performed on required forms/systems.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

We are currently looking for a QS/CE pr Snr QS/CE to join our rapidly growing team. The full-time role requires some developmental experience in budget tracking, understanding of contract terms, accounting principles, use of financial project management software (CANDY) and Industry used contract standards (e.g. FIDIC) and billing procedures;

The role will extend to post contract administration, which requires working closely with our project managers on matters related to project cost monitoring, progress certification for claims and payment, variation claims and final account settlement.

· Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects;

· Studying tender specifications and drawings.

· Assist with tender evaluation and preparation of tender documents for submission.

· Assist in PQM submission.

Project:-

· Assist in subcontract procurement, evaluating, negotiation, selecting competent supplier and subcontractors and to prepare for relevant contract agreement.
