• Responsible for managing the process of proposing, reporting and seeking approval of investment projects in fixed assets and equity;
• Responsible for the equity management of subsidiaries, holding companies and associated companies, including but not limited to equity registration, review and record of basic management systems (e.g. Company Constitution and joint venture agreements), filling and related statistics of shareholders and equity information, organising researches or reviews on the issues of board meeting and General Meeting of Shareholders, contribute to ensuring the Company’s benefits and rights based on the equity share;

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Investment/ Finance/ related field or equivalent;
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience in project development, project management, and financial modeling, preferably in commodities trading companies;
• Knowledge of oil & gas industry especially the upstream and downstream expertise in aviation fuel field is preferred;
• Excellent organisational skills and networking skills, and enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders;

• Responsible to evaluate materials status of the China Contract Manufacturer (CM), Southeast Asia CM and EU CM, and monitor materials fulfilment to meet sale orders demand and forecast demand.
• Handle site inventory and Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers to avoid excess stock and make sure CM stock and Open PO with Suppliers (OPO) are able to cover the demand according to supply lead time.
• Regular checking of supplies/CM on the critical components supply schedule, manage CM proactively sourcing for alternative source of supply to ensure continuity of production.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with factories and perform as functional bridge between outsource partners and the internal stakeholders to achieve the corporate targets.

• At least 5 years of planning/supply chain experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in VLOOKUP and Pivot table and Power BI.

Job Responsibilities

Procurement

• Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand supplier base and for new project/production needs.

• Provide periodic alert and updates to customer (internal/external) to ensure any issues/delays are promptly highlighted and necessary actions are taken.
• Work with principals/suppliers to ensure goods are delivered on time to fulfill customers/company’s needs.

Warehousing

• Manage warehouse team to ensure timely receiving/issuance of raw materials.
• Manage warehouse team to achieve order fulfilment requirements specific to all customer shipments.
• Ensure overall inventory integrity of all goods in warehouse.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• At least 5 years working experience and exposure in both mechanical and electrical customized parts and components sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
