· Handle sales enquiries and order processing

· Provide administrative support to ensure sales efficiency.

· Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing

· Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone

· Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/ NITEC, Diploma, Degree in any field

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.

· Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Beside Joo Koon MRT)

· Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)

· Alternate Sat - 8.30 am to 12.30pm (consider as overtime)

Job Scopes:

· Maintain vehicle in good conditions

· Collect, load and unload goods (Used Cooking Oil)

· Flexible and willing to detour following the delivery schedules

· Frinedly and helpful with internal and external stakeholders

· Daily delivery / collection service

· Handle daily routes

· Ensuring proper endorsements and documentations is completed

Requirements :

· Valid Class 3 or Class 4

· Salary commensurate with driving experience and shift flexibility

· Relevant 2+ years driving experience

Qualification

Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct deliveries to vessels
• Handling delivery documents, customs permit & cash collection

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, spoken and written English
• Forklift driving license advantageous
• Irregular working hours
• With Class 4 driving license

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy

• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
• Responsible for the safety of workplace

Job Requirement:
• Proven work experience is an advantage
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• No experience required, training will be provided
