Distribution:

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for the internal category within the Regional Procurement of Logistics Services (Marine Hub, Storage (Polymer/Chemical), Air/Sea/Land Freight, 3PL/4PL, Documentation, and Contractors) for Polymer, Chemical, Agri-Nutrients, Polyurethane, and Specialty products. Job Responsibilities

• Execute the Regional Supply Chain Procurement Strategy for ROA region through collaboration with stakeholders in order to capture maximum value and synergies
• Provide consultancy to stakeholders in developing and refining their Scope of Work to the best practice in market, thus resulting in a positive impact to overall bottom line
• Work with stakeholders to standardize and simplify their Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the vendors

Job Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering (preferably Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical), Industrial Management or Economics or equivalent industry experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Logistics.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in supply chain related roles, with a minimum of 9 years’ procurement experience in procurement of logistics services, supply chain management, or similar areas within Asia
