• Match the Promotion theme and Display to provide appropriate shopping environment for customers.

• Partner with the HQ compensation team to develop, implement, and manage the company’s compensation strategy and specific pay frameworks, so that they align with the company’s business goals and ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
• Oversee all aspects of compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and other incentives.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry compensation trends and to ensure the company’s ability to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
• Manage ongoing employee compensation programs including annual compensation reviews, promotion cycles, and bonus programs in the region.
• Provide thought leadership on compensation designs, work with sales organizations on sales compensation designs, establish competitive pay targets for sales roles, and ensure compensation governance of sales incentive payouts.
• Work with the global mobility team to support the design and updating of destination benefits.
• Partner with the legal team to ensure that all compensation practices adhere to local and international labor laws, regulations, and government requirements.
• Support special recognition programs that recognize top talents.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about their compensation to ensure transparency and understanding.
• Work closely with finance, recruiting, and HRBPs as needed on all aspects of compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or other related field required.
• 10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective compensation strategies in a fast growing and multi-country environment.
• Strong understanding of global compensation principles, regulations, and market trends.
• The ability to analyze complex problems and draw conclusions from data.
• Highly developed collaboration skills.
• Awareness of the importance of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Lead a team of specification executives to provide product information
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to ensure products are specified in their projects to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales budget.
• Proactively seek out and establish relationships with new clients to expand our market share.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Conduct effective product presentations to architects, designers, and stakeholders to showcase our products' advantages and salient features
• Partner with main contractors and carpenters to promote products as preferred materials, driving immediate sales opportunities.
• Track specification progress, success rates and manage follow-up activities to convert specifications into sales.
• Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of specification activities, project status, and customer interactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with proven track specification and sales track record.
• Strong understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and project tracking tools

Marine Operations Responsibilities:

• Lead the Marine Ops Team to achieve berthing excellence for services and vessels.
• Coordinate on berthing priority for incoming vessels.
• Handle exceptions and ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
• Engage in discussions with strategic vendors (e.g., PSA Terminals).
• Evaluate marine ops vendors’ performance.
• Continuously review Ops cost and address unfavorable trends.

EQM Operations Responsibilities:

• Lead Equipment Ops Team (EQMSIN) in managing depot and EQM inventory
• Ensure sufficient EQM to support business.
• Manage depot and equipment operations effectively.
• Coordinate with EMC to meet EQM ops KPI targets.
• Evaluate depot vendors’ performance.
• Review EQM stock allocation based on depot performance.
• To initiate process improvements to align with business and customer requirements.
