The key responsibilities of the role holder are to provide Risk and Control SME inputs for change delivery for transformation across Risk & CFCC transformation initiatives. The role will be part of a lean team, delivering risk strategy and transformation work. Working with collaborative teams in an agile environment the role holder will be expected to adopt a flexible approach across multiple initiatives.

The role holder will be responsible for providing consultative SME inputs for change delivery across risk and control simplification initiatives, including maintaining consistency in communications, planning and governance across multiple projects, and addressing complex challenges, activities and deliverables across Risk & CFCC’s accountabilities.

• SME input and consultation on risk and control simplification
• Support oversight change delivery

Introduction

The Campaigns Lead will oversee Campaign Planning and Operations. This position will work alongside key stakeholders in Product, Growth, Marketing and Commercial teams to drive customer value proposition, customer journeys and processes that are customer focused. You will also work alongside Tech Ops, Data, and Mobile teams to drive data-driven strategy to bring campaign ideas to life and maintain ecosystem stability.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all BTL campaigns end-to-end process to ensure smooth delivery and customer happiness.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure plans are being executed based on aligned strategies and principles.
• Maintain the Customer Contact Policy to safeguard the brand image and drive meaningful engagement with our customers to drive consumer satisfaction.
• Lead update with Senior Management and key stakeholders on performance with recommendations to improve plans.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders Product, Design, Mobile and Data to deliver delightful experiences for customers via owned channels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• 5 to 10+ years relevant experience, in CRM, B2C digital marketing and campaign management, across digital and mobile channels.
• Prior experience in banking / financial services an advantage.
• Proven track record with experience managing a team and leading the team to success.

Change Delivery

The Risk & CFCC strategy and transformation change portfolio comprises a range of cross-bank initiatives that require SME input for delivery. This necessitates significant change management support, impact assessment, planning and stakeholder engagement (across Risk, Compliance and Front Office), working to tight deadlines and addressing sensitive potential solutions while remaining collaborative, constructive, and transparent in approach.

The role holder will be responsible for providing consultative SME inputs and leading oversight of change delivery across risk and control simplification initiatives, including maintaining consistency in communications, planning and governance across multiple projects, and addressing complex challenges, activities and deliverables across Risk & CFCC’s accountabilities.

Business

The role holder will be responsible for providing SME inputs on governance and impact assessment across risk and control simplification initiatives linked to the central Risk & CFCC strategy. The role holder will employ best practice in change management, as well as continually focusing on the Bank’s core objectives.

The role holder is responsible for the following in undertaking the role:

• SME support on governance related matters on risk and control simplification
• Impact Assessments for organizational readiness for change and areas of potential risk

You are a change leader with experience in driving digital-first programmes across a global, complex and highly regulated organisation with experience in the rollout and adoption of enterprise platforms.

You will be a key member of an agile squad, driving implementation activities that progress the rollout of our internal communications platform across the organisation.

Requirements:

You are a skilled change professional with proven experience of leading large-scale digital or communications projects in multinational globally distributed organisations. You have experience of driving employee advocacy and positive brand sentiment through collaboration with digital teams in financial services or another industry.

• At least 8 year experience in a project or program change role
• At least 3 years in an agile environment (ideally Scrum)
• A high degree of personal initiative, with a drive and ability to meet challenging goals

• Must have relevant background within end-to-end recruitment; with a focus on recruiting as per assigned vertical and designation appropriate to the account
• Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, source mix, ATS, Outlook, Teams, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Leadership skills, specifically coaching, development, motivating, and influencing
• Ability to pull together, and interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and predict trends
• Aptitude for project management, change management and solid stakeholder management/engagement, acting as a true advisor, business partner, and consultant
