Job Duties:

• Hands-on accounting for staff related costs (eg salary, bonus, share awards, employee claims) and liaising with HR on queries pertaining to staff related costs
• Deliver timely regulatory returns and quarterly GST filing in compliance with local regulations
• Oversight on treasury related matters (eg bank reconciliation, monthly schedules, cash flow projection, monitoring of bank balances within internal limits, execute excess liquid cash placements)
• Review accounts payable entries and payments made to vendors, ensuring payments are duly supported and properly authorised
• Support the audit process on statutory audit matters
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree with specializations in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum experience of 3- 5 years in similar role in fast paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
